Chief Flight Instructor
Functions and Responsibilities -Full Time
Responsible for all functions of the Flight School and Aircraft Rental
Operations. Direct the activities of all Flight Instructors and
insure the syllabus is being followed and records are maintained, To provide the environment
to insure the joint goals of the Company and the Customer are met. To provide
direction and checks on Flight Instructor Staff to insure
capabilities and compliance with syllabus and company policies. Perform
other duties as assigned.

To provide professional leadership and training to insure the successful
meeting of the goals and objectives in our syllabus. To provide the environment
to insure the joint goals of the customer and the company are met. To
provide the direction and checks on students to insure capabilities and
compliance with syllabus and company policies. To be prepared and
timely to the agreed schedule with alternate plans for unforeseen events.
Coordinate Stage checks, practice written tests, Video and study assignments.
Maintain your focus as it relates to your responsibility as
outlined above. Perform other duties as assigned.Contact :
